The 7th arrondissement is located in the heart of the city. Moreover, the Bellecour district is accessible on foot, you just have to cross the bridge over the Rhône! Once there, you will have access to the whole center of Lyon.

This apartment has been fully renovated with an elegant touch and the cosy vibe will instantly make you feel at home. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa, a dining table for two people and a fully equipped kitchen to fulfill all your needs during the stay. A bedroom is located next to the living room, consisting of a double bed and separated from the living room by a curtain. A bathroom is also at your disposal, it consists of a shower with a separate toilet. Attention, the roof is 2 meters high. The apartment also offers free Wifi. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

Important note: There is currently a broken window in the apartment being repaired. We apologise for the inconvenience. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
