The neighbourhood has kept a village charm in a city. Don't need to go to the city center of Lyon, the "montchatois" - inhabitants of Montchat- will tell you that all you need is there! A reel green area in the urban area thanks to the several gardens and parks as Chambovet or Georges Bazin. A privileged enclave that residents won't leave for anything at all!

The apartment is particularly quiet with a bedroom on the courtyard without any noise, you will stay in Lyon close to all amenities without nuisance. Ideal for a tourist stay or a business trip, from a few nights to several weeks.

The apartment has been completely renovated, furnished and equipped so that you can feel at home during your stay. It is a crossing T2 of 43m2 which is composed in this way: - living room with television and convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 people - dining area for lunch / dinner quietly - fully equipped open kitchen - separate bedroom with double bed, desk and decorative fireplace. A screen is available (no reception of TV channels but possibility of connecting equipment). - dressing / storage space - bathroom with shower, led mirror and heated towel rail For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sweets, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet, 1 dishwasher tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
Accesso
Parking spaces possible on the street and neighboring streets. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator and is reserved for travelers. The reception is independent. The store to collect or drop off keys opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 8:30 p.m. For an arrival or departure outside these hours you will be charged €20 in order to accommodate you depending on availability outside these hours or to return the keys to the store at your place on the day of your departure.
