✨ A cozy small apartment near Part-Dieu in Lyon 9 Located at Rue Léon Jouhaux, just a few minutes' walk from Garibaldi D metro station and the lively Part-Dieu district, this charming 36 m² small apartment for 2 people offers an intimate and functional haven. On the ground floor overlooking a quiet interior courtyard, it is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort even in summer. Perfect for a couple, a business trip, or a short city stay, it combines practicality, modern amenities, and a strategic location near the train station. 🏡 The apartment From the entrance, a beautiful main room brings together a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 2, a comfortable sofa, a HD TV, as well as a separate bedroom with double bed 140x190 and storage closet. You will also enjoy a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, for maximum convenience. 🎁 Some welcome products at your disposal We provide basic supplies (a few coffee and tea pods, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) and access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, Nespresso, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included. Free fiber WiFi available. You will find in the apartment a guide with all the necessary info for an excellent stay (WiFi code, notices, recommended restaurants...). 🔐 Access & autonomy Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 PM via a smart lock. Checkout is scheduled until 11 AM maximum. 🕒 Extras Late checkout – Until 12 PM: +15 E – Until 1 PM: +20 E (Available only on request — to be requested at the latest the day before and subject to availability) Early check-in – From 1 PM: +20 E – From 2 PM: +15 E (Available only on request and subject to availability) ⚠️ House rules As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighbors are prohibited within our apartment.
