Lively and full of character, the neighborhood is home to many shops and the renowned Lyonnais “bouchons”, where you can enjoy local culinary specialties. You will also find numerous tourist attractions and museums, including the iconic Saint-Jean Cathedral, as well as Saint-Georges Church and Saint-Paul Church. Just hop on the funicular to reach the Basilica of Fourvière, overlooking the city and offering breathtaking panoramic views. The area is also dotted with parks and remarkable remains such as the Gallo-Roman amphitheater.
