Designed with an open floor, this lovely 40m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the second floor and has an elevator. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table. It has a warm ambience and multiple windows that let in natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
