The studio comfortably accommodates two guests and is arranged as an open-plan living space rather than a separate bedroom layout. It features one bathroom with a walk-in shower and is located on the lower ground floor of the building. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double sized bed, creating a cosy and relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city. Inside, the apartment showcases a modern Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic that feels both stylish and calming. The interiors are built around a neutral palette with soft whites, warm wood flooring and clean architectural lines, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The open-plan living area combines the lounge, dining space and kitchen, allowing the studio to feel both practical and airy. A comfortable sofa provides a welcoming place to relax, while a small dining nook offers a pleasant spot for meals or working from home. The kitchen follows a sleek, handleless design with light wood cabinetry, matte black fixtures and modern appliances including a dishwasher, blending contemporary functionality with understated elegance. This property is offered exclusively under a French Mobility Lease ("Bail Mobilité") for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with French law. The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property.
