This lovely and bright two-bedroom apartment located on the second floor, just 8 minutes walk from Westbourne Park Tube Station with access to the Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines, which provides easy access to the city of London and its famous landmarks and just a short walk from the iconic Portobello Market and Notting Hill area. A cosy apartment, perfect to accommodate 4 persons. Enjoy the time and a very relaxing evening with your family or friends in the inviting living room. There is a dining table which can sit up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. From gourmet meals to quick snacks, meal preparation is easy thanks to a modern and large counter space. This apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, while the other bedroom is equipped with a double size bed. The living room provides enough seating for the whole family, plus a few guests. The property also comes with one bathroom which is equipped with a bathtub with an overhead shower. During the hot summer days, there are two fans available to make your stay most enjoyable. Disclaimer: The property is situated in proximity to train tracks and is located on the second floor, which is accessible only via stairs as there is no lift available.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
