Welcome! This lovely 30 m² apartment is on the third floor of the building and has no lift access. It is ideally situated near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants, offering plenty of options for exploring and enjoying the local area. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a dining table for sharing meals. The space has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with natural light that makes it even more inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as an electric hob, oven, microwave, and toaster, allowing you to prepare meals throughout your stay. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. The double bed is located on a mezzanine above the living room and kitchen. Please be aware that access is via a steep ladder, so extra care is needed when climbing up and down. The bed is dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with essential amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries, to help you feel refreshed and comfortable throughout your stay. Wi-Fi is available through a dongle with an unlimited data plan, suitable for browsing and everyday use on mobile devices. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
