The living space features a large, smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, a work desk (no computer or accessories) and a dining table. The area includes a sleeping area delightfully furnished with a heavenly King-sized bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a large closet to store your belongings. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a toaster. The bathroom has all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Strictly no parties or smoking are allowed in the flat or you may be charged at minimum a £100 fine. Please note there is no computer, keyboard, etc in the home. We offer a work desk for any work but not the equipment to do the work. Please respect our neighbours and do not make noise after 10.30pm. Please note that if you want to use an extra pack of linen during your stay, you will be charged an extra £25. There is a 30£ fee for late check-ins-from 10pm to 8am- There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
