This two-bedroom apartment combines practical living with a central Belgravia location. Set on the first floor, it offers an easy base within walking distance of both Victoria and Sloane Square. A private balcony provides welcome outdoor space with views of the surrounding area. The Space • Living Area: Bright lounge with sofa, dining table, and direct access to the balcony. • Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, along with the essentials for home cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with standard beds and storage. • Bathroom: One bathroom with a shower and WC. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with outlook onto the street and nearby buildings. Things to be aware of (reflected in the price): • The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay. • From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
