Step into the welcoming living area, where Scandinavian-inspired décor, natural wood tones, and a comfortable sofa create the perfect setting to relax after a day exploring Lisbon. Watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV or stay connected with the high-speed WiFi while enjoying the bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed, direct access to the balcony, and a private en-suite bathroom with a relaxing bathtub, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a baby cot, making it an excellent choice for families travelling with young children. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. A second bathroom is also available, providing added convenience for guests. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
