Nestled in the historic area of Lisbon, the property enjoys a unique location where access to the building is exclusively pedestrian, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the charm and tranquility of the neighborhood. The apartment is situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs. Inside, the living room offers a cosy and inviting space, featuring a comfortable sofa, a television for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, an oven, a microwave, as well as cookware and cutlery. The bedroom features a plush queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, along with storage space for your belongings. The bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need for a pleasant and stress-free stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
