Neighbourhood
Anjos is a quirky neighbourhood in one of Lisbon's most multicultural quarters: Avenida Almirante Reis. You can expect plenty of 2nd hand clothes stores, quite a few typical "tascas," bakeries, bars and cafés. But it's also very close to one of the most up-and-coming neighbourhoods, Intendente, so you'll be really close to some excellent shops, cafés and bars.

This three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Miradouro do Monte Agudo), good restaurants and shops, and the Anjos station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building dating back to 1930. Guests can only access the property via stairs. Located in a family-friendly area, the apartment has a spacious living room with lots of seating and a television to entertain you. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and there's also a six-person dining table where you can dine with loved ones. There is a small corner that's perfect for reading or indoor sunbathing as light pours out through the windows. There are three bedrooms. The first room has a king-size bed, the second room has a queen-sized bed, and the third room has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: It is forbidden to park the car in Rua da Guiné.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
