Neighbourhood
Anjos is a quirky neighbourhood in one of Lisbon's most multicultural quarters: Avenida Almirante Reis. You can expect plenty of 2nd hand clothes stores, quite a few typical "tascas," bakeries, bars and cafés. But it's also very close to one of the most up-and-coming neighbourhoods, Intendente, so you'll be really close to some cool shops, cafés and bars.

Welcome to my home! Located in a family-friendly area, my home is comprised of a large living room with lots of seating and a television to keep you entertained. A six-person dining table and a large kitchen that's fully equipped with all the essentials. Next to it is a small corner that's perfect for reading or indoor sunbathing as light pours out through the windows In addition, there are three bedrooms. The 1st room comes with a king-size bed, while the 2nd room has a queen-sized bed and the 3rd room comes with 2 single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: It is forbidden to park the car in Rua da Guiné and do note that it is located in an old building dating back to 1930.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Important note: One of the double rooms, does not have Windows!

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti in questo appartamento luminoso e molto funzionale. Buona posizione vicino alla metropolitana e ai negozi.

Il pavimento è rumoroso e il vicino del piano di sotto si lamenta spesso. Inoltre i due bagni puzzano di fogna.
