Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, this stunning 197 m² (2,120 ft²) apartment is ideally situated in Central Lisbon, close to some of the city's most famous attractions such as the Lisbon Cathedral, Rua Augusta, Santa Justa Lift, and the Baixa-Chiado subway station. The Baixa-Chiado metro station is just a 9-minute walk away, making it easy for guests to explore Lisbon and beyond. This apartment features a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area, offering plenty of space to relax and entertain. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. A large dining table provides space for shared meals with family or friends. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for home cooking, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The apartment also comes with a washing machine for your convenience. The four bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort. Each is furnished with hotel-quality linens and equipped with storage space. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
