Exceptional location for this apartment between Vieux Lille and Parc de la Citadelle: just a stone's throw from Quai du Wault! The Grand Place and the Opera are just a few minutes' walk away. The train stations are a 15-minute walk from Lille Flandres station. The apartment is bright and well-equipped for a pleasant stay!

We're on Rue Saint-Martin, 100m from the Citadelle and Lille Zoo, on the third floor of a typical Lille building (no elevator). You'll love this charming studio under the roofs of Lille! You'll have a sleeping area with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video. For light sleepers, we recommend you bring your own earplugs. We're delighted with the comfort and location on Lille's quayside!
