Superb apartment ideally located in the center of Lille. The residence is at the heart of stores, restaurants and public transport. It also has an elevator and a private parking space. 3 min from the Palais des Beaux Arts and 10 min from the train station.

Located on Rue Barbier Maes on the fourth floor in a secure building with elevator. All amenities are nearby. You'll enjoy a lovely, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Narrow parking ramp (no vehicles over 4.5 m) The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner.
