Duplex apartment in the center of Lille. Just 5 minutes from the Grand Place and the Opera, and 2 minutes from Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations. Shops and restaurants are at the end of the street. Underground parking 300 m away.

The apartment comprises a living room, a dining area, a table for 4, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Like many parts of our beautiful city of Lille, the area can be lively at night, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs! Your accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! For light sleepers, we recommend you bring your own earplugs. Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. You'll love the apartment's central location and facilities! Ideal for couples, singles and business travelers.
