This apartment is located in the heart of Lille, rue des Débris-Saint-Étienne. You will literally be a stone's throw from the Grand Place, while still being quiet! It is on the 3rd floor without elevator of a secure building typical of the city. Restaurants, bars, shops, transport, train stations, everything is within walking distance! Ideal tourism & business travel.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance then, directly on your right, the living space with equipped kitchen open to the dining room - Three bedrooms, one courtyard side and two street side, with double bed and small work space - Bathroom with walk-in shower - separate WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
