It's the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful stay while remaining close to the energy and attractions of the capital. From the moment you arrive, you'll appreciate the apartment's warm and contemporary atmosphere. The bright and comfortable main room is designed to offer you a pleasant space to relax after a busy day: a dining area, a cozy sofa, and modern amenities are at your disposal. The bedroom, decorated in soothing tones, guarantees restful nights thanks to its comfortable bed and relaxing ambiance. You'll also find a functional bathroom equipped with a convenient and pleasant shower. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare your meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner. The neighborhood, both peaceful and welcoming, offers all amenities nearby: shops, cafes, markets… Public transportation is just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to quickly reach Paris's must-see attractions such as Montmartre, the Marais, or the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin. You have access to the entire apartment. By public transport: To reach our studio in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais by public transport, take metro line 5 and get off at Hoche station. From there, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk away. This line connects you directly to the heart of Paris, making it easy to get around the city. By car: If you're arriving by car, you can easily get to our studio. Le Pré-Saint-Gervais is well connected to major roads and freeways. Please note that street parking may be limited, but there are parking options nearby. Please ask us for parking recommendations. Autonomous arrival: We also offer the option of self-catering arrival. Prior to your stay, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment. This will allow you to settle in at your own pace, avoiding any stress associated with arrival times. If you have any questions during the process, our team is always on hand to help. We want to make your arrival as easy and convenient as possible, whatever mode of transport you choose. Our aim is to offer you a smooth transition to a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our studio in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais.

We want your stay to be a pleasant one for you and your fellow travelers. We ask you to respect a few simple rules: No smoking inside the apartment. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by avoiding excessive noise, especially after 10 pm. Please leave the apartment as you found it and report any damage. Pets are not allowed. We thank you in advance for respecting these rules so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay. Arrival is autonomous and via a key box. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
