140m2 villa located in the eco-neighbourhood at the gateway to Pyla. Villa OSMANTHES has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. A jacuzzi is available all year round. The eco-neighbourhood also has a communal swimming pool, a beach volleyball court, a boules pitch and a children's play area. You're just 3km from the most beautiful beaches in the Arcachon basin.
Spazio
The OSMANTHES villa offers the following facilities: a 25m² master suite with a 180x200cm bed and en-suite shower room on the villa's ground floor. The 3 other bedrooms (3 x 160x200cm beds) are upstairs, as well as a separate bathroom and shower room adjoining one bedroom. There are 2 separate WCs (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) to complete the sanitary facilities and, like the rest of the house, they are accessible to people with reduced mobility. After the beach, you can relax in the large 5-seater Canadian spa (2 massage beds and 3 seats) on the wooden terrace, facing a forest. A large family table will host your family meals, sheltered by a pergola in pure Pylat style. Deckchairs, a hammock and garden armchairs await your naps and reading. A Weber griddle and barbecue are also available for grilling.

An eco-neighbourhood is a neighbourhood designed with respect for the environment and integrated into the local natural environment. Geothermal energy and the sharing of secure communal areas, such as a swimming pool and playgrounds, are the hallmarks of an eco-neighbourhood. Quality of life is a priority for all the residents (peace and quiet, waste sorting, etc.). Guarded swimming pool (not lifeguard surveillance) open from 1 June to 30 September from 10am to 7pm. Fast electric car charger. Free charge with rental. The cleaning service includes the provision of linen: sheets, duvet covers, small and large towels, bathroom mats, pillowcases, tea towels, etc. The deposit will not be cashed but we will make a bank imprint which will be released after your departure.
