Enjoy a stay in this charming studio located in a quiet spot, in the back courtyard of a small single-story building, in the heart of the historic center of La Seyne-sur-Mer. You’ll have easy access to shops, restaurants, the market, and the water bus pier, which offers quick service to Toulon. The beaches of Les Sablettes and the region’s main tourist attractions are also easily accessible. It’s an ideal location for exploring the Var coast while enjoying a peaceful setting.

Discover this studio with a seaside vibe, where tasteful decor and contemporary materials create a warm, welcoming atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Sleeping/living area: Enjoy a comfortable double sofa bed, modern furnishings, and a living space designed to offer you all the comfort you need after a day of exploring, working, or relaxing. Semi-open kitchen: functional and equipped with a portable induction cooktop, a small oven, a refrigerator, a Senseo coffee maker, and all the dishes and utensils you need to prepare your own meals. (Please note that the apartment does not have a microwave, range hood, or traditional oven.) Dining area: A cozy table is available for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in a pleasant setting. Bathroom: Modern and functional, it includes a shower, sink, and toilet to ensure a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located in La Seyne-sur-Mer, in the historic center of a small, quiet building. Guests can check in independently using a secure key box, allowing for flexible arrival at any time. Parking: Several free parking spaces are available on the surrounding streets. A paid public parking lot is also located near the harbor.

You'll have the apartment all to yourselves, and I'll be available if you need anything—preferably via text. We'll send you messages with instructions before your arrival and will contact you on the day you arrive to make sure your stay goes smoothly.

Terms of Stay * Any commercial or professional activity in the accommodation is strictly prohibited. * Outside visitors are not permitted without the host’s prior consent. This rule is intended to ensure the building’s security, limit comings and goings, and preserve the peace and quiet of the premises. * The accommodation is entirely non-smoking. * Pets are not allowed. * Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. * Respect for the neighbors is essential. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., in accordance with good neighborly practices. * For the safety of all occupants, the building’s common areas are under video surveillance.
