This apartment is located in the heart of La Madeleine, rue Jean Mermoz. It is on the first floor without elevator (fairly wide stairs) of a two-unit building. The apartment was renovated in 2023, it is very functional, bright and has quality bedding. The accommodation is in a residential area and is therefore very quiet. Ideal for a short stay!

You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in possible. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence. 2 min from the "Gare" bus stop (lines L5 or L91 8 min to stations /centre-ville Lille ). La Madeleine train station is a 4-minute walk away. Tramway Buisson" is a 15-minute walk away V'Lille station 100 m away ("La Madeleine Gare" ) You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. You can park on the street for free, with no time limit.

We are available during your stay by phone from 08:00 to 23:00. Please note that the common areas (building entrance, stairwell) are not in very good condition. Once you arrive in the apartment, you'll be in a good place.
