The apartment is located on Rue des Essarts in La Madeleine, a 10-minute walk from Old Lille. It is located on the 13th floor (with lift) in a secure residence. Private parking included.

The apartment is laid out as follows: - a large, bright living room - a separate, fully equipped kitchen - a bathroom - a separate toilet - two bedrooms with double beds (140x200 cm) Both bedrooms were fitted with blackout curtains in April 2026. They are not visible in the photos because we did not take new photos after the installation. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
Accesso
You will have access to the entire accommodation. 24-hour check-in available. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host being present. Lille Flandres train station is 2.1 km away on foot. The ‘Rue du Parc’ bus station is 150 metres away. The V'Lille station at ‘Rue du Parc’ is 100 metres away (Rue du Parc station). You can use the Ilévia app to get around Lille.
