This apartment is located in La Madeleine (Nouvelle Madeleine district), rue du Parc. It is on the 7th floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure residence. The apartment is very functional, has two balconies. You will be at the gates of Lille, ideal for visiting the city or for business trips.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening directly onto the living room & dining room area - Equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc. - Laundry area adjoining the kitchen and having a washing machine - Bathroom with a bathtub and a shower (separated by a wall) - separate WC - Two bedrooms with double bed overlooking the rear of the building - Two balconies, one on the living room side and another on the bedroom side The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
