A greenway runs alongside the property, allowing you to cycle to local shops, explore the region, or even travel to Futuroscope. For a breath of fresh air, you can also take a walk through the fields surrounding the studio. A route of approximately 6 km awaits you in a peaceful setting, where you might spot roe deer and hares. Cycling enthusiasts can follow the greenway towards Jaunay-Marigny and Dissay along the Clain River, enjoying lovely rides in a picturesque setting. You will enjoy a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a Wii console, and board games. Outside, there is a private enclosed garden, a barbecue, and secure parking. Beds made, towels, toiletries, and cleaning are all included—simply unpack and settle in!
