Welcome! My home is situated not far from the banks of the Seine, and has been fully refurbished to allow modern conveniences for a more comfortable stay. Included in my home, you'll find the following: - The flat has a surface area of 40m2 - The total capacity is for 4 people - 2 rooms with two single beds each - 5th floor - Large terrace - Fully equipped Additionally, fresh towels, bedsheets and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation are also provided, and will be done so before your arrival. Enjoy! Please take note that there are some renovation in the 3rd floor of the building (you are located on the 5th), so there might be some occasional noises throughout the period of april/june. Sorry about the inconvenience. NOTE: The elevator will be out of service from January 2nd until January 23rd.
