Perfect for those wanting to experiencing the french country-side without leaving the borders of Paris. Welcome to my home! A 20m2 studio located on the 5th floor overlooks a quiet residential street. These included a small kitchen with all the basics (electric cooker, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster...) for you to make all your meals. A dining table with two chairs. Mirrored wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. A television and a queen-size bed with hotel quality linens and duvets for a restful sleep after venturing around the neighbourhood of Issy-les-Moulineaux and beyond. Towels, soap, and shampoo are provided free of charge for your own personal use. Just leave your bags and explore! Please take note that there are some renovation in the 3rd floor of the building (you are located on the 5th), so there might be some occasional noises throughout the period of april/june. Sorry about the inconvenience. NOTE: The elevator will be out of service from January 2nd until January 23rd.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Important note: The elevator is under construction at the moment. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
