Step into a bright and airy space where natural light floods through large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A comfortable double bed with fresh linens ensures a restful night's sleep, while a wall-mounted TV and air conditioning provide comfort throughout your stay. The space also features a compact kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and kettle—perfect for preparing light meals. A small round table with stools offers a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a simple meal. An open wardrobe provides ample storage, keeping the studio organized and clutter-free. Lastly, the modern bathroom is fitted with stylish fixtures and includes a spacious glass-enclosed shower, along with fresh towels for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
