Welcome to our home-away-from-home in Fforest-fach a spacious, beautifully organised four-bedroom, four-bathroom garden house designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Perfect for families, groups or business stays, the property offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. Step inside to a bright and welcoming entrance hallway that leads into a cosy, stylish living area the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Swansea. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, with generous workspace and modern appliances. This floor also features one of the four bedrooms, set up with a comfortable 4ft 6" double bed that can be arranged as two single beds on request, giving you complete flexibility. A modern bathroom is conveniently located on this level. From here, you can step out into the lovely private garden an inviting outdoor space ideal for morning coffees or evening relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll find three further bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind: A front bedroom with a 4ft 6" double bed (also convertible to two singles) A middle bedroom with a cosy 3ft single bed A spacious back bedroom featuring two 3ft single beds, perfect for friends or siblings You’ll also have access to additional modern bathrooms on this floor, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests. With four bathrooms in total, getting ready is effortless even for larger groups. The property also offers a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests, and the layout ensures everyone has their own comfortable corner to retreat to. You will have access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. There is space for two small cars to park in front of the property if parked top-and-tail. Additional on-street parking is also available directly opposite.
