Welcome to my home! This lovely apartment is designed to offer comfort, style, and convenience for families, friends, or business travellers alike. Please be mindful that the property is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. The heart of the home is the bright open-plan kitchen and living area, creating a welcoming space to relax and spend time together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. A dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals, while the nearby balcony offers a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a refreshing shower, providing added privacy and comfort. The second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for friends or children, while the third bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. A second bathroom with a shower serves the remaining bedrooms, and fresh towels are provided for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Abbiamo lasciato un appunto nel quaderno trovato nell'appartamento. Il problema più fastidioso è stata la mancanza di comunicazione tempestiva con l'host.

Non sono sicuro di riuscire a trovare abbastanza superlativi per lodare adeguatamente questa meravigliosa offerta. Come ho detto alle persone da quando sono tornato, le immagini non le rendono giusti
