The apartment building is in a great location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only 13 minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the home.

Here you will find all the amenities needed to make your stay in Dubai enjoyable. So relax and make yourself comfortable on the large sofa while watching your favourite show. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar if you ever want to have a stay in meal. You'll find a dishwasher if you need clean things in bulk, and washing machine to help refresh your clothes. The bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, rivals that of a hotel with a plush mattress, luxurious bedsheets, more stunning views of the city and tons of storage space to keep your personal items safe. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
