Welcome to my home! Modern and tastefully decorated, the spacious living room features a comfy sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. The room features floor-to-ceiling windows that brighten the space and give access to the balcony that overlooks the stunning city and sea views! This lovely 2 bed apartment is close to many of Dubai’s top attractions! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The 2 bedrooms contains a king and queen beds that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. All bathrooms has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. This is a personal-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time. Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time.
