The apartment is well-furnished and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The apartment is within driving distance of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and is close to many restaurants and supermarkets.

Welcome to my home! The apartment has an open floor plan that is as stylish as it is functional. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. The space includes a floor-to-ceiling window with sliding doors that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can enjoy the stunning city views! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for your use. The bedroom has a king-size bed with hotel-quality linens. An additional room is equipped with a work desk, making it ideal for remote workers. Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
