This cosy apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for couples or small groups. It's a 5 min walk to the beach, and Tram Stations are also within walking distance, allowing guests to explore the city easily.

Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions and within walking distance; you can also enjoy the location amenities, including plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple cuisines. This apartment is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a large sofa and a wide-screen smart TV, and a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful Dubai Marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals and also comes with a washing machine, should you need it. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. At the same time, the bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Guests will access the entire home, including the building's shared facilities. The pool and gym are on the 2nd floor and open daily from 8 am to 10 pm.

A GuestReady greeter will meet and assist you at the lobby for a personal check-in. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Please note that late check-in after 8 PM-9 AM has a surcharge of 150 AED. Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
