It can accommodate up to 2 guests, making it ideal for solo travellers or couples. Bright and having sweeping views of Dubai Creek, the apartment is designed and furnished with everything you would need for a wonderful stay.

Welcome to my home! This newly built one-bedroom apartment comes with views of Dubai Creek and spacious living areas. The open living area has a large sofa and a TV with streaming services built-in for you to enjoy your favourite shows with ease. There is also a private balcony equipped with chairs and a table so you can relax and enjoy the stunning city views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal. There's also a dining table big enough to sit 4 people. The 1.5 bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The stylish bedroom has a large floor-to-ceiling window and a king-size bed, with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests. Please note that nearby construction work is currently underway, which may result in noise disturbances during daytime and early morning hours.
