The apartment building is in a great location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only 13 minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the home.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar if you ever want to have a stay in meal. You'll find a dishwasher if you need clean things in bulk, and washing machine to help refresh your clothes. The bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, rivals that of a hotel with a plush mattress, luxurious bedsheets, more stunning views of the city and tons of storage space to keep your personal items safe. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
