Ideal for a business trip or for visiting the Lille metropolitan area. A tram stop is a 5-minute walk away, taking you to the center of Lille in 22 min and to Roubaix city center in 8 min. By car, you are 5 minutes from the centers of Wasquehal, Croix, and the Villa Cavrois, and 10 min from the center of Roubaix.
