The apt is located in the heart of Croix, on Rue Marceau, next to Barbieux Park. It is on the 1st floor of a building without elevator. Villa Cavrois is a 15-minute walk away. Ideal for a business trip or for visiting the Lille metropolitan area. A tram stop is a 5-minute walk away, taking you to the center of Lille in 22 min and to Roubaix city center in 8 min. By car, you are 5 minutes from the centers of Wasquehal, Croix, and the Villa Cavrois, and 10 min from the center of Roubaix.

The apartment is composed as follows: - living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hotplates and washing machine) and a small lounge area with TV - bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower cabin, sink and WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
