Located on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines convenience with modern comfort. The living room is tastefully furnished, offering a cosy sitting area, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals together. Thanks to its generous natural light, it creates a welcoming atmosphere ideal for relaxing or sharing moments with your group. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with seating, where you can unwind and soak up the fresh island air. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. For added convenience, a washer is provided to take care of your laundry during your stay. Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom comes with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

La posizione era molto buona e non era troppo rumorosa a causa dell'autostrada. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato, ma potrebbero essere fornite cose come l'olio o il detersivo, che durerebbero per tutta
