Welcome to my home! This charming apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living area features a cozy sofa where you can unwind and catch up on your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV. The minimalist decor creates a bright and airy ambiance that is both relaxing and inviting. The space also has a compact kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and coffee maker, as well as cooking utensils and cutlery to help you prepare a delicious meal. A small dining table for two is perfect for intimate meals. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, complemented by bedside tables and lamps for your convenience. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to each day. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà ad arrivare a causa di un cambiamento improvviso del codice di accesso, ma l'alloggio era pulitissimo e funzionale.
