At the West of Paris, in the very chic department of the Hauts de Seine, Boulogne-Billancourt is at once a small piece of Paris – it's indeed right next to the beautiful 16th arrondissement, with which it's perfectly connected – and a very green, calm and residential suburb, rather bourgeoise. Families with children will appreciate the proximity of numerous parks, especially the superb domain of Saint-Cloud and its castle, the Boulogne Wood and the Seine banks, but also its calm and security. As for the groups of friends, they will enjoy the numerous bars and restaurants along the Seine, with a fluvial and relaxed atmosphere. If you like peace, here is your paradise. Mostly, the vast gardens of the Albert Kahn Museum are a real haven of serenity. Here, as Baudelaire could have said, it's Luxury, Calm and Pleasure. One could spend hours there, walking about between the rose trees, lilacs and Japanese ponds, watching the carps or just sitting on a wooden bank with a book. Then, a little trip around the world is mandatory among the superb photos of the Museum taken in the early 20th century, between African tribes and Indonesian dances. For lunch or dinner, you will have full choices around you. During the summer, the Rock en Seine Festival in the Domain of Saint-Cloud gathers great names of Rock music. Fine music lovers or great curious, it's really worth the detour! Otherwise, I highly recommend the rooftop bar of the Molitor; the view here is fabulous, the place elitist, and the cocktails delicious!

Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs of Paris. Please note: minimum rental period is 30 days.

Welcome to my apartment! Enjoy a peaceful stay while staying connected to Paris! This stylish apartment is just minutes from Roland Garros Stadium and the beautiful Bois de Boulogne. You’ll also find gourmet shops, restaurants, and a lively food market on Sundays and Tuesdays nearby. The centre of Paris is about 30 minutes away by metro, perfect for exploring the city while enjoying the charm of a calm and residential neighborhood. Situated on the 2nd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 59m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a cosy space with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows. Please note that lighting a fire in the fireplace is not allowed. There is also a glass screen in front of it, so please be careful when moving around the area. The space has a dining table for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has a trundle king bed (180x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, and complimentary toiletries. There's also a washer for your laundry needs. The WCs are separated. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note: minimum rental period is 30 days. Enjoy your stay!
