Nearby, we find in particular the Saint Paul district, the Saint Pierre district, the golden triangle or the Place des Quinconces. The 18th century architecture of the district offers properties of great elegance. The district concentrates the seats of the highest authorities: municipality, rectorate, high court and administrative court. The law faculty is also located in the city center, as is the national magistrates school.

Spacious, bright 75m² 2-room flat full of charm, air-conditioned and ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux. It is nestled on the third floor of a beautiful residence equipped with a lift. The flat is suitable for medium-term rentals of 30 days or more.
