It is a lively neighborhood but also a place of passage for many Bordeaux residents. The village spirit has been lost a little but the diversity is preserved. In this changing area, the old inhabitants are still present and participate in the integration of the new ones. The Halle Boca offers a lively setting. It's home to casual, upscale restaurants, while nearby La Méca is a hip experimental arts center that offers views of the Garonne from its rooftop terrace.

THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, toaster and coffee machine.
