The Gambetta district, entrance to the “Golden Triangle” is a chic and privileged area. Place Gambettta, decorated with its garden and pond in its center, is strategic and gives rise to the Cours Georges Clémenceau which houses the auditorium and luxury boutiques but also the shopping street of Porte Dijeaux. The immediate proximity to the Grands Hommes and Saint Seurin district brings its share of quality shops within the district and makes it a very popular district of Bordeaux. 40m² apartment ideally located in the heart of the Gambetta district of Bordeaux. The accommodation is comfortable, pleasant and very quiet. It can accommodate 2 people. It is very well located close to shops and transport and ideal for medium-term stays.

It comprises : - 1 bright, spacious living room, - 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, - 1 large bedroom with window, - 1 bathroom with large shower. THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a hob, fridge, oven, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. EQUIPMENT All amenities are provided: TV, wifi, hair dryer, coffee pods, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each booking.
