Designed with a modern and cosy touch, it offers a bright, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living area features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table, as well as a practical open-plan kitchen and dining space, perfect for cooking and spending time together. You’ll find everything you need, including an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware to prepare your favourite meals. The bathroom provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay, with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make you feel right at home. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and it offers a cosy double bed, some storage space, and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows. The house also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee. It is professionally cleaned before every stay for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
