Welcome to my home! This lovely 90m² apartment is ideally situated near many popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. The windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space also opens onto a terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery. There are three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds, TVs, and wardrobes, and one with a single bed. All beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms come with fresh towels and toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and unwind. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure the highest level of comfort. Please note: IT IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

10/10, bellissimo appartamento con tutti gli aggiornamenti. Lo scaldasalviette in ogni bagno ha aggiunto un tocco personale. Il portico sarebbe bello per le notti d'estate, ma pioveva tutte le notti e
