Step into the peaceful bedroom, where a comfortable double bed is complemented by matching bedside tables and lamps, creating a serene setting for restful nights. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout your stay, while the window allows plenty of natural light to fill the room. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space to relax, featuring a comfortable mid-century-style sofa bed — which can accommodate an additional guest — and a TV for your entertainment. The dining table with chairs offers the perfect setting for enjoying meals prepared in the adjacent kitchen. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a delicious home-cooked meal. The modern bathroom features a sleek glass-enclosed shower, wall-mounted toilet, and heated towel rack, providing both comfort and convenience. Fresh towels are provided for your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

È proprio come descritto: l'ambiente colpisce per il buon gusto e per la cura con cui è stato conservato. Un vero e proprio palazzo. Ci tornerò e lo consiglierò.
