Welcome! This bright apartment, beautifully decorated to provide you with a relaxing stay and make you feel at home, is the ideal starting point to enjoy unforgettable days by the sea. The accommodation is located in an impressive building just a few metres from the beach! Ideal for couples or small families, the space features a fantastic open-plan social area connecting the kitchen to the living room. The living area is flooded with natural light and is equipped with a practical and comfortable sofa bed, television, a dining table and air conditioning, creating the perfect atmosphere for moments of togetherness and relaxation with views of the exterior. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to assist you in your daily routine. It features a fridge, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, and essential crockery and utensils for the preparation of all your favourite meals. The natural extension of the living room is a pleasant glazed veranda/sunroom, designed to offer you an indescribable peaceful corner. Furnished with two comfortable chairs, it is the perfect spot to read a book, enjoy your morning coffee and appreciate the lovely views of the wonderful sandy beach. The bedroom, with a very serene atmosphere, is harmoniously decorated and equipped with a spacious double bed, a generous built-in wardrobe to comfortably store all your belongings, and air conditioning. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
