This beautifully presented Fulham home offers a perfect blend of period charm and modern living, creating a spacious and inviting setting ideal for families, groups, or longer stays in London. With elegant interiors, multiple reception areas, and a private garden, the property is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, while also providing a comfortable base to explore Fulham and the wider West London area. The property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four well-proportioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional separate WC. There are three king-sized beds and one super king bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The home is arranged over the ground, first, and second floors, all connected via internal stairs. The second floor features a spacious ensuite master bedroom, while the first floor comprises three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. The ground floor includes the main entrance, living spaces, kitchen, dining area, and access to the garden. DISCLAIMER: Please note that the gas fireplace must not be used under any circumstances. While a dog and cat reside at the property when not in use, they will not be present during guest stays; however, this may be relevant for guests with allergies. The home offers a wonderful sense of space and flow throughout. To the front, the main reception room is an elegant living area with a decorative fireplace, high ceilings, and a large bay window that fills the room with natural light. To the rear, a second reception room provides a more relaxed TV lounge, creating a separate space to unwind. Between the living areas and the kitchen, there is a versatile office or study area with built-in shelving, a desk, and a comfortable reading chair, ideal for working from home. The property then opens into a bright open-plan kitchen and dining space, complete with a central island, generous dining area, and skylights above. Large doors lead directly out to a private garden, offering a peaceful outdoor retreat perfect for warmer days.
