Welcome! This modern and practical studio, designed to provide you with a comfortable stay, is the perfect starting point to explore the area and discover Porto and its attractions. Ideal for solo travellers or couples, this compact and bright space features a perfectly integrated sleeping area and kitchenette. The accommodation is equipped with a comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing, enhanced by the pleasant natural light coming through the large window. The sleek modern-style kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare small meals and snacks. In addition to basic crockery, it includes a microwave, hob, electric kettle, toaster and fridge. The property also features a dining table and folding chairs. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
